I think we all know how important is SPF and how strong the sun really are. The best advice to way protect yourself from the sun is to avoid direct sunlight without protection. The first thing I do is apply SPF all over my body, even before I go out in the sun. I never go without my water and I never go without my favorite LANEIGE lip balm.
